Boxing Training

You don’t have to want to be a professional fighter to train like one. Research has shown that boxers are some of the best-conditioned athletes in sports. Hank’s has certified amateur boxing coaches on staff, as well as 1984 Olympic Gold Medal Winner and Two-Time World Champion Frank Tate developing camps and available for one on one training.

We will design a comprehensive Olympic style training program, tailor made to your level or we have camps available. Boxing training will improve your cardiovascular health, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, strength, stamina, balance, agility and most of all improves self-confidence.

Our boxing programs combine old school boxing drills with a world-class motivation for total body conditioning. Men and women of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to give it a try.
